Luciana is the Regional Director, Law and Policy (South America) at CGSL with a primary responsibility of overseeing current developments and tracking of all sustainability-related laws and regulations across Latin America.
She is a lawyer (Magna Cum Laude) and a Master’s in Public Policy student at Universidad de San Andrés, Argentina. Luciana is also a Research Fellow – Fox International Fellowship, focusing on equitable energy transitions in Latin America, examining the role of green hydrogen and public policy frameworks at the Yale MacMillan Center for International and Area Studies, Yale University.
She is a member of the Argentine Association of Women in Sustainable Energy (AMES) and actively participates in the natural resources working groups of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE). Her area of expertise is the intersection of energy, public policy, and sustainability in Latin America, particularly exploring how policies can ensure a more equitable energy transition and enhance women’s participation in decision-making spaces.
