By bridging the gap between international climate science and national legislative action, CGSL ensures that the legal pathways to mitigation and adaptation are not just visionary, but operationally sound and “glocal” in their application.

Our expertise moves beyond the analysis of existing statutes to address the “legal dearth” that often hinders progress in Emerging Markets and Developing Economies (EMDEs). We serve as legislative architects, providing informed proposals for legal frameworks that support renewable energy expansion, climate risk disclosure, and green finance mobilization. Our analysis of climate change legal framework covers three distinct “Climate Pillars”:
